Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on the understanding the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Treatment focuses on changing patterns of thinking as a way to change painful emotions and problematic or harmful behaviors. Research supports CBT as an effective approach for treating a variety of psychological symptoms and disorders, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, eating disorders, relationship conflicts, anger management, as well as improving overall adjustment to life stressors.
